Ingredients :
- 4 zucchini
- 1 can of tuna (140g drained)
- 4 eggs
- 20cl of crème fraîche
- 100g grated cheese
- Salt, pepper
Preparation :
1. Preparing the zucchini
Wash the zucchini, cut them into thin slices without peeling them. Brown them in a pan with a little oil until they are very tender.
2. Add the tuna
Drain the tuna and crumble it. Add it to the zucchini and mix well.
3. Preparing the flan maker
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs, add the crème fraîche and grated cheese. Salt and pepper to your taste. Mix well.
4. Assembly of the blank
Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). In a cake mold, place the zucchini and tuna mixture. Then pour the flan mixture.
5. Cooking
Bake for about 30 minutes, until the flan is golden brown and firm to the touch.
6. Unmoulding and service
Let cool a little before unmolding. Serve hot or warm.
