- 400 ml of coconut milk
- 4 eggs
- 125g of sugar for the caramel
Preparation
- Preparation of the caramel: In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until you obtain a golden caramel. Quickly pour the caramel into a flan mold and turn it to coat the bottom and sides.
- Preparation of the cream: In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add the sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Cooking the flan: Pour the cream over the caramel in the mold. Place the mold in a bain-marie and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 45 minutes, or until the flan is well set.
