Ingredients :
- 1 mango
- 1 pineapple
- 2 kiwis
- Juice of one lime

Preparation :
- Peel and cut all the fruit into equal sized cubes.
- Mix the fruit in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle the fruit with lime juice and mix gently.
- Refrigerate the fruit salad for at least an hour before serving.

Ingredients :
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of strawberries

Ingredients :
- 2 cups of Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen berries
- Honey or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
- Fresh fruit to garnish
Preparation :
- In a blender, blend the Greek yogurt and frozen berries until smooth.
- Add honey or maple syrup to taste, if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Serve the frozen yogurt topped with fresh fruit.
5. Homemade Granola and Almond Milk
Ingredients :
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- Almond milk
- Fresh fruit to garnish
Preparation :
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats and nuts.
- In a small saucepan, heat the honey and coconut oil until well combined, then pour over the oats and nuts. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the granola is golden brown.
- Let the granola cool completely. It will become crispy as it cools.
- Serve the granola with almond milk and garnish with fresh fruit.
