- 1 natural yogurt (keep the pot to measure the other ingredients)
- 3 pots of flour
- 2 pots of sugar
- 1 jar of sunflower oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Zest of a lemon or orange (optional)
Preparation (10 minutes):
Preheat your oven at 180°C (Th. 6).
In a salad bowl, pour in the yogurt, then use the empty pot to add the sugar. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous texture.
Add the eggs one by one while continuing to mix. Then add the oil.
Sift the flour and yeast in the mixture. Stir gently until you have a smooth, lump-free paste. For more flavor, add vanilla extract and lemon or orange zest.
Pour the batter in a mold previously buttered or covered with baking paper.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and a knife comes out clean.
