Recipe for Light Chocolate and Ricotta Muffins: Gluttony without the Guilt!
Ingredients
- 250g ricotta
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50g butter
- 200g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt the chocolate: Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Prepare the muffin mix: In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta, sugar, eggs and melted butter. Add the flour, yeast and salt. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
