Ingredients :

  • 200g of dark chocolate
  • 200g applesauce without added sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 100g coconut sugar (or other sugar of your choice)
  • 200g almond powder

Preparation :

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  3. Mix the melted chocolate, applesauce, cocoa powder, coconut sugar and almond meal in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a pre-greased round cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let cool before unmolding.

  • 1 can of black beans (400g)
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g coconut sugar (or other sugar of your choice)

  2. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Ingredients :

  • 200g pitted dates
  • 200g of cashew nuts
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation :

  1. Soak the dates and cashews in hot water for an hour.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  3. Drain the dates and cashews, then blend them with the melted chocolate and cocoa powder in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a previously greased round cake mold and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  5. Take the cake out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving.
