1. Fondant chocolate cake with applesauce
Ingredients :
- 200g of dark chocolate
- 200g applesauce without added sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100g coconut sugar (or other sugar of your choice)
- 200g almond powder
Preparation :
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Mix the melted chocolate, applesauce, cocoa powder, coconut sugar and almond meal in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a pre-greased round cake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before unmolding.

Ingredients :
- 1 can of black beans (400g)
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g coconut sugar (or other sugar of your choice)

Preparation :

- Rinse and drain the black beans.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

- Drain the dates and cashews, then blend them with the melted chocolate and cocoa powder in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a previously greased round cake mold and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
