Gluten-free and milk-free chocolate spread or Nutella

150g dark chocolate
100 g ground hazelnuts
50 cl soy cream (2 bricks)
250 g of lactose-free butter
4 sachets of vanilla sugar
200 g of sugar (+ or – depending on taste)
2 teaspoons of hazelnut oil
Preparing gluten-free and milk-free chocolate spread
Melt the chocolate and half the butter in a saucepan. Mix when the mixture is well combined, add the rest of the butter, the ground hazelnuts, the vanilla sugar, the soy cream, the sugar and the hazelnut oil. Continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until a uniform consistency is obtained. Put in a pot and cool.
