Endive tartiflette with bacon
Ingredient:
5 endives
200 g of bacon
3 onions
1 Reblochon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
The preparation of endive tartiflette with bacon
Peel the onions and slice them.
Cut the endives into small pieces.
Brown the onions in the olive oil when they are golden, add the endives and cook for a few minutes over high heat.
Salt and pepper.
Brown the bacon in a pan.
Pour the endives into a dish, on top of the bacon and the reblochon cut into strips.
Place in the oven under the grill for 10 minutes.
Eat straight out of the oven.
