Ingredients :
- 500g strawberries
- 200g speculoos biscuits or other biscuit of your choice
- 80g melted butter
- 400g Philadelphia type fresh cheese
- 100g of sugar
- The juice of a lemon
Preparation :
1. Preparation of the biscuit base
Grind the cookies to a sand-like consistency. Add the melted butter and mix well. Distribute this mixture at the bottom of a springform pan and press with the back of a spoon to obtain a compact base.
2. Preparing the filling
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
3. Assembly
Spread the filling on the biscuit base and smooth the surface with a spatula. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the filling.
4. Rest in the refrigerator
Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to firm up.
