Gluten-free cooking recipe with Muffins
Ingredients for 12 muffins
100g butter
100 g of sugar
100 g of gluten-free flour
3 eggs
100 g coarsely mixed dark chocolate or jam
50 g of almond powder
Preparing Gluten-Free Muffins
Melt the butter just a little and remove from the heat, add the sugar, flour, eggs, almond powder, chocolate or jam.
Place in a muffin mold and bake for around 18 minutes at 210° (Th. 7).
