To achieve the coconut and white chocolate truffles, you only need three ingredients: white chocolate, from the liquid cream and the grated coconut.
This recipe is quick and very easy to achieve. You can involve your children in making small balls of dough.
Coconut and White Chocolate Truffles

For 25 to 30 truffles :
- 400 g of white chocolate
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 200 g grated coconut (100g + 100g)

The recipe step by step
Step 1: making the coconut and white chocolate dough
Break the white chocolate into pieces.
In a saucepan, heat the liquid cream until it comes to a boil.
Add 400 g of white chocolate pieces and 100 g of grated coconut.
Mix well until the mixture is smooth.
Leave to cool and reserve in the refrigerator in order to obtain a consistency firm enough to handle (approximately 2 hours).
Step 2: making the coconut and white chocolate truffles
Arrange them 100g remaining grated coconut in a deep plate.
Using a spoon, take some small batches of coconut and white chocolate batter.
Roll them in the palms of your hands to give them a well-rounded shape.
Using the tip of a fork, roll the balls thus obtained in grated coconut.

You can dip the dough balls in previously melted white chocolate before rolling them in grated coconut. To do this, use two forks at a time.
