How to make your own tortillas with few ingredients?
Ingredients :
– 300 grams of mashed potatoes
– 270 grams of rice flour
– A little salt
Preparation (15 minutes)
1 – Put the puree in a salad bowl and add the flour and salt, mixing with your hand until you obtain a ball of dough.
2 – Make small balls of dough with your hands and roll them out on a floured work surface
3 – Then spread ball by ball to obtain thin pancakes
