From preparation to making your own blinis.
The ingredients:
– 90 grams of rice flour
– 40 grams of buckwheat flour
– Half a sachet of gluten-free baking powder
– A natural soy yogurt
– 150 ml of vegetable milk
– A pinch of salt
– A tablespoon of vegetable oil
Preparation (15 minutes)
1 – In a salad bowl, put the flours, yeast, salt, yogurt and mix
2 – Add the spoonful of oil
3 – Gradually pour in the milk while mixing
4 – The dough must remain thick
5 – Leave to rest for an hour
6 – Cook your blinis in an oiled pan, making small piles
7 – Brown your blinis on both sides
You can serve with hummus or tzatziki.
