Ingredients :
– 500 g of corn flour
– Peanut oil
– Salt
Preparation
1. In a salad bowl, pour the flour and a pinch of salt.
2. Form a well.
3. Add 4 tablespoons of oil slowly while stirring.
4. Once well mixed, knead the dough with your hands.
5. Form small balls and leave to rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Form thin pancakes with a rolling pin.
7. Cook in an oiled pan for 2 minutes on each side.
