Ingredients :
– 250 g of flour
– 60 g of sugar
– 1 egg
– 125 g of butter
Preparation
1. Mix the sugar with the egg to obtain a frothy mixture.
2. Add the flour to this mixture and mix with your fingers to obtain a sandy mixture.
3. Add small pieces of butter.
4. Make a ball with the dough and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
5. Be careful, very crumbly dough.
