Ingredients :
– 200 g of polenta
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 2 eggs
– 120 g grated Gruyere cheese
– 1 small can of corn
– 1 red pepper and 1 green
– 30 cl of crème fraîche
Preparation
1. Cut the peppers very thin.
2. Pour the polenta, yeast, eggs, gruyere into a salad bowl and mix everything well.
3. Add the cream, corn and peppers.
