Ingredients :
– 12 slices of smoked salmon
– 6 small fresh goat cheeses
– 6 teaspoons of salmon roe
– ½ cucumber
– 6 tablespoons of olive oil
– Salt and pepper
– A few basil leaves
Preparation
1. Cut the cucumber into small sticks.
2. Cut the goat cheese in half, and the salmon slices too.
3. In a round terrine, arrange the salmon lengthwise, leaving the center free.
4. In the middle, place cucumber and fresh goat cheese.
5. Salt, pepper and add a drizzle of olive oil.
6. Add the salmon roe and basil.
