Ingredients :
– 600 g of salmon in the fillet
– 50 g of butter
– 150 g of grated Emmental
– 4 tablespoons of flour
– 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation
1. In a container, put the soft butter with the flour, add the Emmental and the sesame and mix well to obtain a dough that crumbles.
2. Cut the salmon into cubes.
3. Arrange the cubed salmon in glasses. Add the well crumbled dough on top.
4. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
