For 6 people:
Ingredients :
– 6 large potatoes.
– Mustard.
– Liquid cream or soy cream.
– Parsley or chives.
Preparation
1. Cook the potatoes in water (the potato should be firm).
2.Cut them in half and remove the flesh.
3.In a container put the potato flesh, mash it well, 1 or more according to taste, a tablespoon of mustard, the liquid or soy cream and the parsley or chives.
4.Put this stuffing in the potatoes and sprinkle with grated potatoes.
5.Put in the oven for 10 minutes on the grill while it browns.
