Ingredients :
– 1 rabbit cut into pieces
– Lean bacon
– 2 fresh tomatoes
– 1 box of button mushrooms
– 25 cl of dry white wine
– 2 onions
– 2 cloves of garlic
– Olive oil
– Thyme, bay leaf
– Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Brown the pieces of rabbit, the onions and the bacon pieces in a little olive oil.
2. Add the mushrooms, thyme, bay leaf, crushed garlic cloves and sprinkle with the white wine then add salt and pepper.
3. Add the peeled, seeded and crushed tomatoes.
4. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
