Ingredients :
– 4 pork ribs
– 150 g of onions
– 100 g grated Gruyere cheese
– 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
– 50 g of butter
– Salt and pepper
– 1.5 dl of dry white wine
Preparation
1. Place the ribs in an ovenproof dish and precook them for 10 minutes.
2. Peel and chop the onions, mix the mince with the cheese, breadcrumbs and softened butter.
3. Salt and pepper.
4. Spread the ribs with this preparation.
5. Add white wine and return to the oven for 20 minutes.
