Ingredients :
– 500 g of pink biscuits
– 200 g of sugar
– 250 g of soft butter
– 1 egg
– 3 tablespoons of rum or orange juice
– Icing sugar
– A few bars of dark chocolate
Preparation
1. In a salad bowl put the butter, powdered sugar, egg, liquid and mixed pink biscuits.
2. Mix well and form a log.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Melt the chocolate and cover the log with it.
5. Take a fork and make lines on it.
6. Decorate with icing sugar, Christmas figurines, small meringues.
