Ingredients :
– 150 g of butter
– 150 g of sugar
– 150 g of flour
– 1 sachet of yeast
– 3 eggs
– 1 small can of pineapple
– Caramel
Preparation
1. Mix the softened butter with the sugar, then the eggs, flour and yeast.
2. Put the caramel at the bottom of the mold and place the pineapple slices.
3. Keep the pineapple juice.
4. Pour the batter on top.
5. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
6. Unmold while warm and sprinkle with the pineapple juice.
