Easy pine nut tart recipe

Ingredients :

– 1 shortcrust pastry
– 200 g of pine nuts
– 100 g of powdered sugar
– 3 egg yolks (keep the egg white to make coconut rocks)
– 1 glass of cognac liqueur or orange juice

Preparation

1. Cook the tart base for 10 minutes.
2. While waiting for it to cook a little, mix the pine nuts, sugar, egg yolks and cognac or orange juice.
3. Pour the mixture onto the dough and bake for 30 minutes in the oven, thermostat 200.
