Ingredients :
– 150 g of honey
– 100% butter
– 250 g of flour
– 250 g of orange marmalade
– 1 egg
– 1 sachet of yeast
– 1 pinch of salt
– 2 spoonfuls of powdered ginger
– 2 spoonfuls of cinnamon
Preparation
1. Melt the butter with 150 g of honey and leave to cool.
2. Mix the flour and the packet of yeast.
3. Add the ginger powder, cinnamon and salt.
4. Incorporate the butter and honey mixture into the flour mixture.
5. Add the orange marmalade and beaten egg.
6. Place in a buttered cake mold.
