Ingredients :
– 1 shortcrust pastry
– ¼ l of tomato coulis
– 2 eggs
– 50 g of crème fraîche
– Salt and pepper
– 50 g cooked ham
– 150 g of olives
Preparation
1. Bake the tart base for 10 minutes in a hot oven.
2. Mix the tomato coulis, eggs and cream, add salt and pepper.
3. Add the diced ham.
4. Pour the mixture onto the tart base and garnish with olives.
5. Bake for 30 minutes in a hot oven.
