Ingredients :
– ½ can of chestnut puree
– 100 g of butter
– 125 g of chocolate
– 100 g of icing sugar
Preparation
1. Melt the chocolate cut into pieces and the butter in a large saucepan.
2. Add the sugar and chestnut puree.
3. Stir well to combine until smooth.
4. Pour into a long dish, forming a log.
5. Leave the log to rest for 3 hours in the fridge.
6. Before serving, make stripes on the log with a fork.
7. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
8. Cut the two ends at an angle and decorate it with small Christmas objects.
