Ingredients :
– 1 box of fruit salad
– 300 g of white cheese
– Orange juice
– 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
– 32 spoon biscuits
Preparation
1. Drain the can of fruit, keeping 20 cl of the syrup.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of orange juice to the syrup.
3. Mix the fromage blanc with the fruit and the vanilla sugar sachets.
4. Dip the biscuits in the syrup, not too much so that they don’t break.
5. Assemble the cake on a dish by putting a layer of biscuit, a layer of fromage blanc with fruit and repeat layer of biscuit, layer of fromage blanc with fruit.
6. Make 4 layers of biscuits and 3 layers of fruit fromage blanc.
7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
