Easy mustard whiting recipe

Ingredients :

– 4 whiting
– Shallots, parsley
– 1 dl of dry white wine
– 1 tablespoon of mustard
– Salt and pepper
– Butter

Preparation

1. Place the chopped shallots and parsley in the bottom of a baking dish.
2. Place 4 cleaned and dried whiting on top.
3. Cover them again with chopped shallots and parsley.
4. Sprinkle with white wine, in which you have diluted the tablespoon of mustard.
5. Salt and pepper.
6. Sprinkle with butter in small pieces.
7. Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes, thermostat 200°.
