Ingredients :
– 4 chicken breasts
– Mustard
– Breadcrumbs
– Butter (for cooking)
– Olive oil
– Lemon juice
– Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Marinate the chicken breasts for 2 hours in a mixture of olive oil and lemon juice.
2. Season with salt and pepper.
3. After 2 hours, drain and pat dry the chicken breasts.
4. Dip them successively in mustard and breadcrumbs.
5. Cover with melted butter and place under the grill for 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
