Easy Hummus Recipe

Ingredients :

– 350 g chickpeas
– 1 teaspoon of baking soda
– 4 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
– 4 cloves of garlic
– Salt
– 2 lemons

Preparation

1. The day before, soak the chickpeas in 1.5 liters of water and a spoonful of baking soda for 12 hours.
2. The next day, drain them. And cook them for 2 hours in a pot of salted water. On low heat.
3. Once cooked, drain them and you can remove the skin easily.
4. Puree the chickpeas and add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, oil and salt.
