Easy Gluten Free Pizza Recipe

Ingredients :

– 1 cauliflower
– 1 half glass of olive oil
– Garlic
– Salt and pepper
– 1 large handful of fresh basil
– 2 eggs
– Grated Emmental
– Tomato coulis garnish, pepper, mushroom, salmon, tomato………

Preparation

1. Mix the raw cauliflower.
2. Place this mixed cabbage on a baking sheet, spread it well and add salt, put the baking sheet in the oven for 25 minutes, thermostat 6.
3. Place the cabbage in a cloth, knead well to remove the water.
4. Empty everything into a salad bowl and add half a glass of olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, 2 eggs and 1 small ramekin of Emmental and basil.
5. Mix everything.
6. Put this preparation on a plate with baking paper.
7. Flatten with your hands and make 2 round pizza bases.
8. Bake for 20 minutes thermostat 6.
9. Remove from the oven, garnish the bases with whatever tomato coulis you like, pepper, mushroom, tomato, salmon, basil and grated Emmental cheese.
Place in the oven for 7 minutes.
