Gluten-free and lactose-free cookies

Ingredients

  • 100g rice flour
  • 50g coconut sugar
  • 50g unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Gluten and lactose free cookies

The recipe step by step:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. In a bowl, mix the rice flour, coconut sugar and baking powder.
  3. Add the egg, applesauce, melted coconut oil and vanilla. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  4. Form balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
  6. Let cool before eating.

Advice : For a little extra crunch, you can add nuts or vegan chocolate chips to the batter before baking.
