- 100g rice flour
- 50g coconut sugar
- 50g unsweetened applesauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil

The recipe step by step:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour, coconut sugar and baking powder.
- Add the egg, applesauce, melted coconut oil and vanilla. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
