Ingredients :
– 500 g of bread dough
– 50 g chopped onions
– 80 g of smoked brisket
– 20 g of butter
– 40 cl of crème fraîche
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– Nutmeg
– Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. In a casserole dish, melt the butter to brown the onions.
2. Add the cream to the casserole dish, add salt and pepper.
3. Cut the breast into pieces and brown them.
4. Flatten the bread dough into a thin layer and put the onions, cream on top.
5. Add the olive oil, nutmeg and bacon.
6. Cook in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
