Ingredients :
– 250 g of powdered sugar
– 75 g of flour
– 2 eggs
– ½ liter of milk
– Vanilla
Preparation
– Heat the milk.
– In a salad bowl, mix the sugar, eggs and vanilla until you obtain a white mixture.
– Add the flour and slowly the boiling milk, stirring constantly.
– Put this preparation in a saucepan and cook over the heat while stirring with a whisk so that the cream does not stick to the bottom.
– At the first boil, when the cream is very thick, stop the heat.
