Ingredients :
– 250g flour
– 250g cornstarch
– 6 eggs
– 1 liter of milk or (
– half milk, half water)
– 2 pinches of salt
– oil
Preparation
1. In a salad bowl mix the sifted flour with the milk (or water), stir well to obtain a fluid paste.
2. Beat the eggs into an omelette and add them to the flour and milk.
3. Add salt and 2 tablespoons of oil.
4. Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
5. Cook the pancakes in an oiled pan and enjoy.
