Ingredients :
– 75 g of grated coconut
– 50 g of powdered almonds
– 50 g of sugar
– 4 egg whites
– 50 g of vanilla sugar
Preparation
1. Beat the coconut with the ground almonds, the sugar and the 2 egg whites.
2. Add the vanilla sugar and the other 2 egg whites beaten until stiff.
3. Make small piles on a buttered baking sheet.
4. Bake in a low oven for 10 minutes.
