Ingredients :
For the dough:
– 500 g of flour
– 10 g of yeast
– 375 ml of lukewarm milk
– 125 g of sugar
– 125 g of margarine
– 250 g of raisins
– 50 g of candied orange and 50 g of candied lemon
– 250 g crushed almonds
– 2 eggs
– 1 pinch of salt
For the garnish:
– 100g melted margarine
– icing sugar
Preparation
1. Put the flour, sugar, eggs, salt and margarine in a salad bowl, mix well to obtain a homogeneous dough.
2. Add the almonds, raisins and candied fruits and mix.
3. Oil and flour a cake dish and pour the dough into it.
4. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
5. Unmold the mixture onto a plate lined with baking paper by turning the cake mold over.
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, thermostat 180°.
7. Remove from the oven, brush the top of the cake with the melted margarine and pour in the icing sugar.
