Ingredients :
– 1 box of 500 g of chestnut cream
– 100 g of butter
– 5 eggs
Preparation
1. Melt the butter in the microwave.
2. Mix the chestnut cream with the egg yolks.
3. Beat the egg whites and mix them.
4. Put the melted butter and the egg whites into the chestnut and egg yolk cream mixture.
5. Mix well.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, 175°.
