Ingredients :
– 100 g of powdered sugar
– 60 g of flour
– 40 g of butter
– 2 egg whites
– Vanilla
Preparation
1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla, melted and warm butter to the egg whites carefully so as not to break them.
3. On a plate, place baking paper and use a piping bag to make sticks 5 cm long.
4. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and peel them off immediately.
