Cooking recipe: Chickpea omelette
Ingredients
200 g chickpea flour
1 yogurt
25 cl of water
A little oil
You can add mushrooms, canned tuna, smoked salmon or vegetables.
Preparing the Chickpea Omelette
Place the chickpea flour, herbs, a pinch of salt, yogurt and water in a salad bowl.
Mix the dough well and let it rest for a few minutes.
Oil the pan and pour the batter over the entire surface and cook on each side.
