Ingredients :
- Shortcrust pastry : 1 (purchased or homemade)

- Assembly : Distribute the broccoli evenly over the tart base. Pour the egg and cream mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cooking : Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Serve : Leave to rest for a few minutes before serving hot, accompanied by a nice green salad.
